Saturday 08:30 going to the Wizard from Runcorn lights (Ask if you need to know where) 60 miles nice steady pace.
Sunday 08:30 Runcorn or 09:00 at Twelve50 Bikes going to the Ice Cream farm via an alternative route. Pace will be nice and steady.
