WEEKEND RIDES:-
Saturday – Legs and Lungs run to the Wizard cafe, leaving Runcorn traffic lights at 08:30 – ask if you don’t know where we meet!
Sunday:- There’s a two rides…..
A Group – Starts at the shop at 09:00. 90-95 miles. Another epic into wales taking in the steps, Worlds End, new horseshoe. Stop for a feed at the Ponderosa then descend, down Nanty Garth and conquer the old bulk again, then Loggerheads back through Kinnerton, Chester etc.
Big miles but steady as she goes everyone gets help and no one gets left behind, hopefully the weather will be kind!!
B Group – Meeting at shop at 09:00 Heading out to Chester, Kinnerton ,Hope then over to 2 Mills for cake and brews. Back through the lanes and home by 13:00. Chris is leading. Nice steady 4hrs.
