Distance  60 mostly flat miles at s steady sociable pace. 
Rider type   Anyone fit enough for the distance. The pace will be steady this week as the lads are racing Sunday so they’re saving themselves!

Sunday June 1st
NO PICK UP IN FRODSHAM THIS WEEK.

Destination          The Fir Trees tearoom , Nr Billinge. Out through Widnes , Cronton, across the back lanes, East Lancs Road , Bickerstaffe, into Billinge. Refuel and back home either up or around Shaley Brow , depending on how brave we feel!
