Meeting at Moughland Lane lights @ 08:30
Standard run to the Wizard café. All abilities welcome , steady paced this week as the fast lads are doing the D2D Sunday. 60 miles , enjoy it in the sunshine.
Sunday 22nd
Meeting at Moughland Lane lights 08:30 then Twelve50 shop at 9am.
The Arancionero will be heading out towards Chester , along the Greenway to Queensferry. Through Connahs Quay, Wepre Park , Northop Hall and over The Green. Back towards Mold , then to The Eureka for rehydrating. Flat and steady home. Should be about 60 miles , a few testing climbs in the middle but nothing you boys and girls can’t handle. Back in Frodsham at about 13:00.
It’ll be a two bottle day , legs shaved, sunscreen and club jerseys on – Forza Frodsham!!
